Orders can't be altered or cancelled after they have been fulfilled. Please make sure all your information is correct before completing the order.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that are suspected of fraud or abuse our Terms & Conditions. If your order is on hold due to invalid billing or shipping information, we'll attempt to contact you – the order will be cancelled if we don't hear back from you within 5 business days.
What if the product got damaged in the mail?
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us instead of initiating the returns process. Do NOT return the product before reaching out to us.
Please Contact Us and include a picture of the product(s). Please keep in mind that the whole item should be fully visible and laid on a flat surface.
If you're not happy with your order, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of the dispatch date. You must return the product in their original packaging, without removing any labels or tags, unwashed, unworn and in a saleable condition for a full refund. Please note that we will not refund any shipping costs.
You can check the return address of your order in its packing slip – if you’re having trouble finding it, please Contact Us. Please include the packing slip in your return package.
Please also note that the product is your responsibility until it arrives our facilities. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the item using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, especially for those overseas.
Your product is made-to-order and created specifically for you with on-demand production, generating less waste than conventional manufacturing. We kindly ask you to be mindful when selecting a product or size to help us reduce the number of returns and, consequently, unnecessary excess products.
